Speaking of hugs, this guy can give one hell of a hug.
He just envelopes you in his long arms and, no matter what height you are, he buries his head in your neck.
You’ll feel the soft warm flutter of his breath and before he lets go, he leaves a little kiss.
He also shows you off soooo much.
Everyone knows you and him are dating bc he can’t help but brag about how he scored such an amazing person.
Okay so, he may be a gift, but he’s also such a pain sometimes.
When you’re in a serious situation with him, you have a hard time keeping a straight face bc you never know when he’ll crack and do something to make you laugh.
You’ll be in the kitchen trying to get work done and he’ll look at you a certain way. Long story short, you’ll crack in seconds.
His facial expressions are just extraordinarily… Chris Kreider, you know?
And my god is he ever smart
You can have such deep and intellectual conversations. But on the flip side, he’ll talk in depth about his favourite doughnut at like 3 am.
He’s also a sucker for a good cuddle.
He just wants to hold you close… or visa versa.
When your guy’s legs are tangled and you’re both just lounging on the couch.
His head resting on your chest, you running your hands through his dark hair.
Pure. Bliss
Road trips are a torture for him bc he just wants you around.
It makes him nervous when he can’t reach over and feel your skin.
And, let’s face it, he worships your guy’s pregame kisses.
He swears he plays 110% better when you’re there.
Also, he loves loves loovvveeeess when you wear his jersey.
He just gets all proud and overwhelmed that he ACTUALLY GOT YOU TO EVEN LIKE HIM IN THE FIRST PLACE.
Chris probably throws a puck over the glass every once in a while asking you out (even though you’re together).
You’ve kept every puck and when he found out you did, he probably cried a little but played it off as he ‘has something in his eyes’
All in all, out of all the hockey players, Chris is probably the most boyfriend material. 100% pure boyfriend with trace amounts of husband material for the future.
hi im stella, im 15 and ive been a nyr fan for my whole life. since my dad used to live in fort drum, ny, and the rangers were the best thing at the time. he then moved back to his home state of maryland where we vowed to never be caps fans. when i was younger, i then jumped on the bandwagon with the leafs, and then became a fan of the pens just because their mascot is a penguin. but i eventually came full circle to my roots and became a rooted fan. my favorite is obviously #76 brady skjei, the love of my life, and i did get my friends into professional hockey. her favorite is #36 mats zuccarello. i can say this team has been there through the times i needed them most, and i know i can always look on their instagrams or find a dumb video on youtube and have a laugh. at missed goals, fights, or just scream at the tv during games.
